Catwalk Institute proudly welcomes Ivana Carman, a Brooklyn-based visual artist whose multidisciplinary practice spans painting, printmaking, collage, and ceramics.

Ivana Carman work explores the space between representation and abstraction through luminous color and layered techniques. A graduate of Columbia University (MFA) and the School of the Art Institute of Chicago (BFA), she has exhibited widely and been featured in ArtForum, New American Paintings, and Create! Magazine. During her residency, Carman will focus on plein-air landscape painting, attuning to subtle shifts in light and atmosphere to explore how perception, place, and technology intertwine.
